The Forward Controls Design URF v3 is a billet AR-15 upper receiver that offers enhanced performance. This enhanced stripped upper retains URFv2 features such as compatibility with LMT MARS-L lowers, most MLOK and Picatinny handguards, and improved access to folding backup sights. This AR-15 upper also features a beveled area in the upper rear for sight access on all three sides and a wider receiver wall forming a bolt catch fence. The URF v3 is machined from 7075 aluminum, Type III hard coat anodized, and weighs 9.01oz, providing durability and reliability. This billet upper is proudly designed and manufactured in the USA.
