Taylors and Company has reproduced the 1872 Open-Top Early Model Conversion Revolver in .45 Long Colt.Although this model appeared to be a conversion it was actually one of Colt’s first new models specifically designed for cartridges.It has a case hardened frame with blue barrel finishIt features a walnut Navy size grip with brass back-strap and trigger guard. It comes with a 5-1/2″ barrel and holds 6 rounds of 45 Long Colt. It weighs only 2.32lbs and has a blade front sight with rear sight on back of barrel.
